Die \u00d6le von Young Living Company wurden mir einst von einem Freund aus Deutschland gezeigt, zu dem Alice und ich jeden Monat reisten. Damals kaufte ich mir ein Buch – sozusagen ein Buch der \u00d6le – und seitdem habe ich bei jedem gesundheitlichen Leiden die Beschreibung und die empfohlenen Produkte zu Rate gezogen.<\/p>\n

Young Living ist ein Unternehmen aus den Niederlanden, und ich bestelle die \u00d6le direkt dort. Der Preis ist nicht niedrig, aber diese sind Extrakte und dauern eine lange Zeit, plus sie sind sicher in Bezug auf die Verwendung.<\/p>\n

Billige \u00d6le, die auf dem sprichw\u00f6rtlichen „Basar“ gekauft werden, sind synthetische \u00d6le. Anstatt zu helfen, schaden sie, vor allem, wenn sie zus\u00e4tzlich mit einer Kerze erhitzt werden, anstatt zu diffundieren.<\/p>\n

Das Wissen \u00fcber \u00d6le ist umfangreich, aber es reicht aus, ein so genanntes „gutes \u00d6l“ zu haben. Ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten zu Hause f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Beschwerden.<\/p>\n
